We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging

  • Must include proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

  • Certain items such as personal care products, underwear, or customized items are non-returnable

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos as proof.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping Costs:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check your bank account or contact your payment provider.
